This form is intended for anyone who wishes to report harassment, assault or discrimination that has taken place at the ENS de Lyon.

The 3 steps of the form:
1. Give us the characteristics of your report to guide our response. 2. Write your report. The report has no character limit. You can attach a file directly if you have already typed out your report on word processing software, or if you have other documents that support your report. 3. Request an interview with Florence Françon (equality and non-discrimination officer), Natacha Portier, Philippe Daubias (equality advisors) and Anne Zegza (work psychologist). They will contact you by email. You can also remain anonymous, which means that you will not be contacted by the equality and non-discrimination service. Please, be aware that we need an email contact to have the opportunity to give an answer to your report. You can use any email address of your choice (without your name, for example).
